=== Witnesses === Afraid of being kidnapped and missing Mendonça, one of the boy's friend at school tried to commit suicide, two months after the disappearance. In the crime's reconstitution, Dias could not explain what he did between 14 (2 P.M) and 18 (6 P.M) hours on the day Mendonça disappeared. With the reconstitution it was proven that the investigation let leads and important witnesses slip by. The inspectors did not want to explain to the press the reason why they devalued Alcina Dias' testimony. A man that worked in a gas station guaranteed that at the time of the disappearance he saw Mendonça, in the centre of the village of Lousada, walking next to two other boys. The court questioned the witness about his statements to the GNR the day following the disappearance, where he said he saw two children passed by on bikes, but that neither was Mendonça. The witness insisted that he could not remember giving the testimony to GNR, even thought his signature was in the records. They also heard a witness that said they saw Mendonça's bicycle at 16 (4 P.M) hours. Without being identified, a boy that was 14 at the time of the disappearance, told RTP that PJ did not value the different testimonies given to the police. The witness, along with four other young people, was waiting for Mendonça to arrive to play football. When Mendonça got there he said he was not going to play anymore, hid his bike and got in the car. In 2003, in the Casa Pia Process, a man said that he was with Mendonça in a pension for sexual meetings, in the end of January 2001.

=== January 2008 === In the third week of January 2008, the SENSEX experienced huge falls along with other markets around the world. On 21 January 2008, the SENSEX saw its highest ever loss of 1,408 points at the end of the session. The SENSEX recovered to close at 17,605.40 after it tumbled to the day's low of 16,963.96, on high volatility as investors panicked following weak global cues amid fears of a recession in US. The next day, the BSE SENSEX index went into a free fall. The index hit the lower circuit breaker in barely a minute after the markets opened at 10 am. Trading was suspended for an hour. On reopening at 10.55 am IST, the market saw its biggest intra-day fall when it hit a low of 15,332, down 2,273 points. However, after reassurance from the Finance Minister of India, the market bounced back to close at 16,730 with a loss of 875 points. Over the course of two days, the BSE SENSEX in India dropped from 19,013 on Monday morning to 16,730 by Tuesday evening or a two-day fall of 13.9%. Less than a month later, on 11 February 2008, the SENSEX lost 833.98 points, when Reliance Power fell below its IPO price in its debut trade after a high-profile public offer.

=== Cytotoxic T-cell responses === One of the advantages of DNA vaccines is that they are able to induce cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL) without the inherent risk associated with live vaccines. CTL responses can be raised against immunodominant and immunorecessive CTL epitopes, as well as subdominant CTL epitopes, in a manner that appears to mimic natural infection. This may prove to be a useful tool in assessing CTL epitopes and their role in providing immunity. Cytotoxic T-cells recognise small peptides (8-10 amino acids) complexed to MHC class I molecules. These peptides are derived from cytosolic proteins that are degraded and delivered to the nascent MHC class I molecule within the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). Targeting gene products directly to the ER (by the addition of an ER insertion signal sequence at the N-terminus) should thus enhance CTL responses. This was successfully demonstrated using recombinant vaccinia viruses expressing influenza proteins, but the principle should also be applicable to DNA vaccines. Targeting antigens for intracellular degradation (and thus entry into the MHC class I pathway) by the addition of ubiquitin signal sequences, or mutation of other signal sequences, was shown to be effective at increasing CTL responses. CTL responses can be enhanced by co-inoculation with co-stimulatory molecules such as B7-1 or B7-2 for DNA vaccines against influenza nucleoprotein, or GM-CSF for DNA vaccines against the murine malaria model P. yoelii.
== Adverse effects == The most commonly reported side effects of tapentadol therapy are constipation, nausea, vomiting, headaches, loss of appetite, drowsiness, dizziness, itching, dry mouth, and sweating. Tapentadol has also been noted to induce feelings of relaxation and euphoria, and it may cause serious side effects such as respiratory depression, serotonin syndrome, addiction and substance dependence. Several studies have found that tapentadol causes less constipation and nausea compared with oxycodone. It has been noted that due to this, treatment adherence may be improved, with fewer people discontinuing tapentadol (when compared with oxycodone). Tapentadol has been demonstrated to reduce the seizure threshold in patients. Tapentadol should be used cautiously in patients with a history of seizures, and in patients who are also taking one or more other drugs which have also been demonstrated to reduce the seizure threshold. Patients at high risk include those using other serotogenic and adrenergic medications, as well as patients with head trauma, metabolic disorders, and those in alcohol and/or drug withdrawals. Tapentadol has been demonstrated to potentially produce hypotension (low blood pressure), and should be used with caution in patients with low blood pressure, and patients who are taking one or more other medications which are also known to reduce blood pressure.

BioShock also supports Trophies and PlayStation Home. A demo version was released on the PlayStation Store on October 2, 2008.
